Broccoli Boo Salad


  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 8 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 6 to 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 can drained mandarin oranges

  • In a small bowl, whisk Mayo, sugar, milk and vinegar. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, oranges, onion, bacon and raisins. Add dressing and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
